Mr. Green graduated from Stetson University in 1968 and from the University of Florida Law School in 1975. He served on active duty in the United States Army from 1968 - 1971, receiving an honorable discharge in 1974. Mr. Green was president of the Brevard Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union from 1983-1992.

Mr. Green has practiced law in Brevard County, Florida since 1975. Mr. Green is currently admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the Middle District of Florida federal courts (includes the District and Bankruptcy courts) and in the federal Eleventh Court of Appeals in Atlanta, GA.
ABOUT ME
Criminal Law. Mr. Green's criminal representations have included all types of felony and misdemeanor charges. He has represented people charged with capital murder (death penalty), sexual battery, attempted murder, arson, securities fraud, robbery and other lesser felony charges. Mr. Green has extensive experience in representing people in all types of misdemeanor charges, including driving under the influence (DUI), battery, domestic violence and stalking, driving while license suspended and a variety of other misdemeanor charges.

Mr. Green practices in many areas of law, including criminal law, civil rights law, bankruptcy law, family law, probate and estates law, personal injury and general litigation. Mr. Green also has extensive experience in real estate and mortgage foreclosure law, corporate law and music and entertainment law.  
Bankruptcy Law.  Mr. Green practices mainly in the areas of representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings.   This representation normally involves the review, counseling and filing, if necessary, of petitions for either chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings.  Mr. Green also provides trial representation in bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
Civil Rights Law.  Mr. Green has extensive experience in practicing law in the field of civil rights, including such areas as police abuse cases, employment discrimination cases and various forms of constitutional rights violations cases.
