Family and Divorce Law.  Mr. Green handles all types of family related matters, including adoptions, dissolution of marriage actions and child support and child custody enforcement proceedings.  Mr. Green is experienced in representing either party in contested divorce matters.  His practice also includes the drafting and enforcement proceedings related to pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Estates and Probate Law.  Mr. Green's practice involves the drafting of wills, trusts, living wills, family durable powers of attorney, etc.  Mr. Green also handles all types of probate matters, including the probate of non-contested estates and the representation of personal representatives and beneficiaries in disputed and contested estate matters.

Corporate Law.  Mr. Green has represented many corporations.  He is experienced in the formation and representation of for-profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. 

Mortgage Foreclosure Law.  Mr. Green has experience in numerous mortgage foreclosure cases, representing both the mortgage holder (mortgagee) and the property owner (mortgagor).

Music and Entertainment Law.  Mr. Green is experienced in representing musicians in the music entertainment area.  His practice in this area has involved the review and negotiations of music record and management contracts.

Personal Injury, Accident and General Litigation.  Mr. Green represents people in all types of personal injury and accident cases as well as in general trial litigation situations and trials.  He has been handling general litigation matters since his admission to the bar in1975. 

Juvenile and Dependency Law.  Mr. Green handles all types of juvenile cases, including dependency proceedings and criminal juvenile cases.
